A mixture of pad work, drills, circuit training, cardio, resistance and core exercises to work your whole body. It provides a fun and challenging way to exercise in a group setting where you will build strength, improve body movement, build stamina, improve muscle tone and burn fat!

Core strengthening, muscular endurance

A flexible, whole body conditioning class using a mixture of high and low intensity cardiovascular training, weight & body resistance and core exercises. This class aims to help you achieve those goals including weight loss, fat loss, improving fitness and to sculpt and tone your body.

Maxxed Out

Fat burning and strength and tone

A free roaming circuit based class using a mix of body weight exercises and equipment to provide a total body workout with a difference!

Metafit

The 30 Minute Workout

A 30 minute workout that uses bodyweight exercises and no equipment. It is designed to burn fat by working big muscle groups with HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) to gain quick results and will help to create a lean and functionally strong body!
